PLEASE NOTE: Our lighters are "NOT" pre-filled with lighter fluid.

• We can engrave your favorite quote, name or date.
• On the front engraving box pleas tell us the name, date or quote you would like us to engrave.
• You may choose one of the font options or you can mix and match fonts. Please be sure to let us know on the add custom instructions section if you would like us to use different fonts for each line.
• The back of the lighter can also be engraved as well when you select the back engraving option. 

• Please double check your shipping address before finalizing your order to make sure it is correct.
• All orders are shipped via USPS and come with a tracking number.
• If you need your order by a specific date please let us know via email so we can try to accommodate your order and ship it on time. We are always willing to work with you.
• If you need to make changes to an existing order please email us at onememorylane@hotmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order so we can add a note to your order. After 12 hours we CAN NOT make any changes.
• International orders please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. It usually takes about one week but in some cases it could take a bit longer.
• All customized orders are final sale.
