 How long after I order my items will be shipped?

Each item is handmade to order. Current turn around is 2-4 Business Days.


Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see tracking info in your inbox. If you still don't have a tracking number please contact us so we can provide you with that information. 


How do I rush my order?

Due to the amount of orders we get everyday it is hard to offer a rush fee but we are always willing to accommodate your order so you can have it on time. If you have an specific date you need your order by please contact us first to make sure we can deliver on time. This option doesn't apply during Holidays such as Valentine's day, Mather's Day, Father's day and Christmas. 


How do I make a change after I order?

We do not accept changes once your order has been placed. Your order goes into production once it has been received. It is extremely difficult to remove your order from the production process. Please be sure to look over your order and DOUBLE CHECK to ensure everything is correct before placing your order. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.


I have not received my item, what do I do?

We are not responsible for lost packages of any kind, domestic or international. Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. The Post Office does lose packages from time to time specially during Holidays and we are not responsible for lost packages. You must contact your local Post Office with your tracking number to file a claim, if you have not received your items, so they can investigate.

Caring for your personalized Keepsakes

-Use a soft/clean cloth to do a quick wipe to remove fingerprints. Avoid using excessive force to prevent scratches.

-Stainless Steel is water resistance but we recommend taking it off for a shower or when going to the pool/beach.

-Properly storing your jewelry will do wonders for keeping it looking new. Keep your keepsakes in a jewelry box where it won’t get tangled up with other items or dinged up from too much movement.

International Orders

Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs and duties rates will vary by country. If you would like to know the customs and duties rates for your country, we highly suggest that you contact your local post office or authorities to inquire.
